What Is Night Shift?

Night Shift (iPhone) and Night Light (Android) reduce the amount of blue light emitted from your screen by shifting colors to warmer tones.

You can even schedule it to turn on automatically each day.

For example, I have mine set to turn on in the late afternoon so I don’t have to think about it.

Why This Matters
