One of the biggest myths about AI is that you have to start with a blank screen and let it write everything for you.
I don’t do that.
Instead, I start with my own idea, and then I ask AI to make it better.

Start with Your Idea
Let’s say you want to post about a necklace you’re selling.
Your first draft might look something like this:
“Hey Sparkle Squad! Look at this beautiful necklace. I think it’s going to go with so many outfits!”
It’s short.
It’s your voice.
And that’s exactly where I would start.
Then Let AI Help
Now copy your draft into ChatGPT or Gemini and say something like:
“Can you make this more engaging? Keep my friendly voice, make it a little longer, and encourage people to imagine where they’d wear it.”
Suddenly, your simple post becomes something much richer—but it’s still based on your idea.
That’s the key.
AI didn’t invent the message.
It helped you develop it.
Think of AI as Your Writing Partner
Sometimes you know exactly what you want to say, but you aren’t sure how to say it.
That’s where AI shines.
Ask it to:
- Make your post more engaging.
- Add descriptive details.
- Improve the flow.
- Make it more conversational.
- Add a stronger ending or call to action.
You’re still in charge of the message.
AI is simply helping you say it more effectively.
Your Quick Win
The next time you write a post, don’t ask AI to create it from scratch.
Write two or three sentences in your own words first.
Then ask AI:
“Can you make this more engaging while keeping my voice?”
You’ll still sound like you—but with a little extra polish.
Sometimes the best way to use AI isn’t to replace your creativity.
It’s to build on it.
